IBR#8: Eventually I managed to get out of the velodrome, a little sweatier and smellier than before. There was nothing chance of any accommodation so I rode on into the night. Out in the wilds there was no light pollution and the constellations littered the sky. Even the milky way was visible and i thought I saw an astronaut wave to be. “Is our future in space?” I thought!
