Rewards are available to Love to Ride full-time staff and Community Engagement Managers (CEMs); however, any non-permanent staff must be employed for the full duration of any given challenge period in order to participate (usually 4-weeks per calendar quarter). They are not available to anybody else.
Coworkers are expected to set goals that are stretching - how stretching is up to the individual but our request is that goals are not achievable without some additional expenditure of effort or change in routine.
Coworkers that cannot complete their goals due to injury or illness will generally be considered to have completed their goals and will still be included in raffles and be eligible for rewards.
Raffles will include all the individual riders across the entire company that completed their goal for a given challenge.
Coworkers are eligible for individual rewards if they successfully complete their goals.
Coworkers are eligible for national rewards if all individual goals are successfully completed in a given country.
Coworkers are eligible for global rewards if all individual goals are successfully completed across all countries.
Coworkers can choose to opt-in or out on a quarterly basis - e.g. if 7 coworkers in the UK partake in Q1’s activity (and complete their goals) they will unlock that quarters national UK prize and if 5 coworkers in the UK partake in Q2’s activity (and complete their goals) then they will unlock that quarter’s national UK prize.
