When registering or updating details on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number or other personal details.
You may, however, visit our site anonymously although you won't be able to use any 'signed-in' functionality.

The information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways

Contact from other Users
Other Love to Ride Users who are registered in the same organisation as you, who have been on a virtual ride with you, or who have shared a goal with you, maybe able to contact you through the Love to Ride. The team champion of your social or workplace team, and your employer, will also be able to contact you.
Transferring data overseas
Love to Ride is a global service and by storing your personal data on the site and sharing your profile with other Love to Ride users you give consent for your personal data to be transferred overseas.
Right to erasure
You have the right to have data we hold on you deleted. Should you wish to have your account removed and your personal data deleted, all you need to do is contact us and state 'I wish to delete my account and all the personal data you have associated to it' (or similar). Love to Ride will then undertake a data deletion process.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
