It is similar to a concussion proposal monitor But it can be programmed to send an alert to someone of your choice by text and email should it detect a sudden stop or crash. It can be purchased separate through a Trek store and added to any helmet. Check it out if you ride alone anywhere. I think it is one of the best things I have added to my cycling in 40 years.

Previously I had parked my car at The Hawthorns, bought a train ticket but cycled in to work instead. I am now told that you must use public transport if parking at The Hawthorns. I don&#39;t mind paying to park but surely you must be able to park and cycle without the threat of being chased for a speculative invoice. Any way, I found that &quot;Just Park&quot; can be used to book a parking space at Asda at Great Bridge. From there I can pick up the Walsall canal and join the Birmingham canal and carry on with my usual route.
