Win a Hövding Cycling Airbag!

Hövding is the world’s first cycling airbag, offering eight times better protection than a traditional foam helmet, according to independent studies by Stanford University. We have two of the cycling airbags to give away as part of our prize draw!

Worn around the neck just like a scarf or a collar, Hövding boasts hundreds of in-built sensors that enable it to read a cyclist’s body movements at 200 times per second. In the event of an accident these sensors recognise the changes in a cyclist’s body movement patterns thanks to a complex algorithm with 2,000 rules. Once triggered, the patented airbag technology inflates in a tenth of a second, providing full protection before impact. The device is battery powered, and has a 10 day battery life when charged. It is waterproof, simple to use, and more stylish than a conventional helmet.

Hövding was designed exclusively for urban cyclists, so it is a perfect addition to your commute to work.
