Here’s how to take part:

  1. Join Love to Ride - it takes less than 2 minutes to create your free profile.
  2. Sync up¬†‚Äďconnect a smartphone app to your Love to Ride account. Record you rides, set your goals, share photos and experiences and sync them to your profile automatically.
  3. Record your ride - it doesn’t matter how far, how fast or the type of ride. Simply log a bike ride on 4th August and you’ll be entered into our prize draw.

Cycle to Work Day x Love to Ride 2022 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:  

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK and Republic of Ireland residents, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.  

  1. The opening date for entries is 00:00 on 4th August 2022. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on 4th August 2022. For the purposes of this prize draw, the period between the opening date and the closing date for the prize draw shall be referred to as the ‚ÄúPromotional Period‚ÄĚ. Entries received after the Promotional Period will not be counted.¬†¬†

  1. To enter the prize draw, participants must successfully log a ride on the Cyclescheme Love to Ride community during the during the promotional period. Entries are limited to one per participant.   

  1. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when logging a ride, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.  

  1. 33 winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer within 2 weeks of the end of the Promotional Period.  

  1. Each winner will be notified by email using details held on each winner’s Love to Ride profile accounts before 18th August 2022 and must agree to accept the prize and provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 10 working days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.  

  1. Each winner will receive a prize from the Cycle to Work Day x Love to Ride prize pot. This will be one of the following:  

    • A bike up to value of ¬£1,500 at Freewheel¬†

    • A BikeRegister security bundle with marking kit and bike lock

    • A Fitbit Charge 5 (black)¬†

    • A 12 month subscription to Brompton Bike hire¬†

    • A 12 month subscription to Buzzbike¬†

    • 1 of 10 Gold Secure locks from Bikmo¬†

    • Freewheel vouchers in the following individual denominations (2 x ¬£500, 4 x ¬£200)¬†

    • Select vouchers in the following individual denominations (1 x ¬£100, 6 x ¬£50)

    • 1 of 5¬†Beryl Burton from Profile Books.

  1. The prize will be fulfilled by Prize partners on or before 30th September 2022.  

  1. The prize for each winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. In the event of circumstances outside of its control, Cycle to Work Day reserves the right to substitute similar prize alternatives of equal or greater value. 

  1. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  

  1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.  

  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.  

  1. Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.  

  1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. The Promoter may ask the winner to provide proof of age.  

  1. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
