Ride Redbridge 2025 (Part of London Cycling Festival) Sunday 11th May.
Kickstart a summer of cycling and generate some miles as part of 'Bike month May' with this free family orientated series of led rides in Redbridge. Organised by Redbridge Cycling Campaign in partnership with Redbridge Council the event has led rides starting from 9 different places within the borough all ending at Fairlop Waters where you can bring a long a picnic to enjoy. You will need your own bike and the rides will be suitable for both adults and children and will travel at a leisurely pace. To join the 'Ride Redbridge' event and explore the borough, pick a starting point and book places for you, your family, and friends.

Redbridge Cycling Centre is a facility for cyclists of all abilities, from families to competitive riders. The Centre has purpose-built road, BMX & off-road tracks and a large stock of hire bikes. The Centre has British Cycling qualified coaches and can provide cycle coaching to groups and individuals from complete beginners through to experienced riders. It also offers coaching for schools and school holiday courses. Find out more here.
Cycle Sisters is an award-winning organisation which inspires and enables Muslim women to cycle. The Cycle Sisters Redbridge group runs rides on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Rides meet at Valentines Park at 9.15am for a 9.30am start and generally return by 12pm. They're mostly intermediate rides (6-12 miles) with some occasional longer challenge rides (12+ miles). Typical destinations include Wanstead Park, Fairlop Waters, Hollow Ponds and Ray Park.
Cycle Sister Redbridge have a team of friendly and supportive Ride Leaders who run the rides and make sure that everyone is safe and taken care of! They ride at a gentle, sociable pace with plenty of chatting and time to enjoy our surroundings. All their rides have a cafe stop which is also an opportunity to get to know your fellow sisters as well as enjoying some tea and cake!

Try Before You Bike is a scheme run by Peddle My Wheels in partnership with Redbridge Council designed to encourage beginners, less experienced riders and those taking up cycling again.
