Was just working on my best route from Sharrow to Kimberworth before all this C19 madness started- hope to have perfected it whilst off so I’ve got a range of routes in my head and can gain your communing benefits. Great stuff!

When I cycle to work I feel more refreshed and ready for the day ahead. Cycling home I can relax and enjoy the exercise — or if it’s been a difficult day I can take it out on the pedals!
