Great for you! I had my meniscus reattached in both knees so I just started biking outdoors this past April since my gym closed down. Biking is the only exercise my knees allow me to do. I remember trying to make the pedals go round and round!

There is nothing like riding in the high desert in Nevada. There is untold beauty in the desert if one just looks. Sunrises and sunsets are unmatched.
