Individual Prizes

Individual prize winners will be announced in early March, once we've audited final results! 


The rider who encourages the most people to ride during the challenge will Macpac Backpack, as well as a $100 food and drink voucher from Neighbourhood! Neighbourhood is an iconic bar in Kingsland, situated on the main drag with a huge beer garden and heaps of great beer and food on offer!

TOP RIDER (most trips)

The rider who logs the most rides will take home a Protein Recovery Prize Pack worth over $250 from Vitaco. Musashi, one of New Zealand’s most trusted and revered sports nutrition brands, was established in 1987, and named after the famous Japanese philosopher and swordsman Miyamoto Musashi.

TOP RIDER (most kms) - Female & Male  

The male and female riders who have logged the most kilometres by the end of the challenge will win a $100 Bike Barn Voucher and a $100 lululemon voucher each . Bike Barn is New Zealand’s largest bike and bike accessory retailer with 21 stores nationwide – seven in Auckland. They offer their customers a Bike Price Guarantee where they will beat the price of any comparable bike from any retailer regardless of brand by 5%!

TOP NEW RIDER (kms) - Female

The top new female rider will win a Specialized S-Works Prevail 11 helmet from Mt Eden Cycles. With over 10 years’ experience of providing excellent customer service and selling great products, they believe we are highly qualified to answer any bike related question you have, if we don't have the answer right away, we will find out and get back to you!

TOP NEW RIDER (kms) - Male

The top new male rider will win a smart Livall BH60 helmet from Wattwheels to keep them riding as they keep clocking up kilometres long after the challenge has finished! This smart helmet is packed with smart features such as indicators to display which way you're turning, bluetooth for streaming music and taking calls, an SOS alert and panic button and a link to the Livall smart phone app which lets you use the the walkie-talkie feature to connect with fellow riders.  

They will also receive an Abus GRANIT™ 460 U-Lock. Made with specially hardened steel combined with first-rate locking technology, this is a hard nut for thieves to crack and cannot be bent open or attacked using ice spray.

TOP RIDER - Most Points 

The top rider who has logged the most points by the end of the Challenge will win a $100 Bike Barn Voucher and a $100 lululemon voucher. Through research and partnerships with tailors, artisans, and designers from around the world, we’re reducing the layers between you and the elements by bringing technical apparel design back to the atelier.
