Take care cycling in 30+ degrees severe dehydration can happen as it did to me. I cycled from Burwood to Belfast and many stops wherever I found shade drink water and help my heart stop racing. Vowed never to do it again, put my health in trouble lucky to make it home.

It's so great to see Te Hononga bike shed is still chokka even on a rainy day :)
