If you have not ridden a bike in a while, GOSH staff frequently advise hiring a Santander Cycle near a park and having a go on a traffic-free path.

Transport for London provides a free online cycle skills course comprised of 4 modules:

Instructor-led training:
Councils across England are responsible for delivering cycling training for adults & children.
As employees of GOSH you are welcome to join one of the courses delivered through Camden Council
They are currently offering 3 levels of training
