Love this; so lucky! While i've had barn owls cross in front of me, I don't think I've ever had a barn owl shadow me (although they are so silent how would I know), but I've had Red Kites and Buzzards do that , giving me "the eye" before zooming off upwards, off up into the deep blue!

Was just working on my best route from Sharrow to Kimberworth before all this C19 madness started- hope to have perfected it whilst off so I’ve got a range of routes in my head and can gain your communing benefits. Great stuff!

When I cycle to work I feel more refreshed and ready for the day ahead. Cycling home I can relax and enjoy the exercise — or if it’s been a difficult day I can take it out on the pedals!
