Emerald City Ride! presented by Kaiser Permanente
Sunday, April 8 @ 7AM-1PM
Join us for the third annual Emerald City Ride presented by Kaiser Permanente for another once-and-last-in-a-lifetime opportunity to bike on the SR 99 Viaduct and I-5 Express Lanes, both closed to vehicle traffic.
Choose from a 12-mile full loop or 3-mile out and back on the Viaduct. Both routes will have views that can't be beat and access to roads normally not available to people riding bicycles. This ride is intended to be accessible to everyone who enjoys riding a bicycle!
The route has very strict start and end point access times, so be sure to check the Cascade website link here for all the details.
New this year, the ride will start and end on E. Frontage Rd. S just west of Pyramid Alehouse. The Safeco Field parking garage will be open for off street parking. On-street parking is free on Sundays in most areas but please be aware that the area around the Stadium is high car prowl, so take appropriate precautions if you choose to park on street.
Start window opens Sunday, April 8 @ 7AM, with a strict 9AM cutoff!
