WHAT IS GET HEALTHY AT WORK?
Get Healthy at Work is a NSW Government funded program that aims to reduce chronic disease risk among NSW workers by helping individuals make small lifestyle changes and helping employers create health promoting work environments. The program is available via an online platform and has real benefits for business owners and their workers.
WHAT DOES GET HEALTHY AT WORK OFFER?
The program has two key features; support for businesses to develop and implement a structured workplace health program and 15 minute, confidential, non-invasive Brief Health Checks for individuals. Both components can be delivered either online or face-to-face by a workplace health professional
WHY SHOULD MY ORGANISATION ENGAGE WITH GET HEALTHY AT WORK?
A healthy worker is good for business. Studies have shown that for every $1 invested in workplace health and wellbeing programs there is a return on investment of $3 - $6. But the best part about Get Healthy at Work is that it’s completely free!
