There are a lots of events happening during the Biketober Business Challenge to get you outdoors and riding with your friends and family.  Don't forget, you can log any ride you do during October to add to your score and your opportunity to win prizes!


FREE: CITY OF SYDNEY TRY-A-BIKE EVENTS

Live or work in the Sydney CBD?  Been thinking about getting back on a bike but don’t know where to start?  Come along to a free lunchtime try-a-bike session for a safe and easy ride with a selection of bikes (helmets included).

Or bring your own wheels along for a free tune-up, get the latest bike tips, pick up a map or bell.

The first 200 riders will enjoy a free bite to eat from one of Sydney’s renowned food trucks!

SPRING CYCLE: 14 OCTOBER

Now in its 35th year, Spring Cycle brings together approximately 9,000 cyclists of all ages and abilities to participate in Sydney’s largest recreational bike ride. The event provides a unique opportunity for participants to explore Sydney’s stunning landscape and iconic attractions on bike. 

Riders can take part in the 10km City Ride, 18km River Ride, 50km Classic Ride or the 105km Challenge Ride. Spring Cycle is the only cycling event that gives riders the unique opportunity to ride on the road across the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

NATIONAL Ride2Work DAY:  17 OCTOBER

Ride2Work encourages everyday Aussies to jump on the bike and get active on their way to work.

Riding to work is one of the easiest and most time-efficient ways to fit exercise into a daily routine. By swapping the car, train or bus for a bike, you can get your recommended daily exercise without having to spend extra time or money at the gym. And, you’ll be happier and healthier for it!
