What is the Biketober Business Challenge?
Get Healthy at Work (an initiative of NSW Health) has partnered with Love to Ride to create the Biketober Business Challenge. It is a fun, free cycling challenge to encourage your workplace and colleagues to experience the joys and benefits of riding a bike. It is open to everyone who lives or works in NSW. Simply ride a bike for as little as 10 minutes or more during October. There are lots of prizes on offer to motivate everyone to get involved.
When: 1 - 31 October
How it works
Workplaces compete against each other to see get the most amount of staff cycling and continuing to cycle. It’s not just about who can cycle the furthest or the most often, but who can encourage the most people to give cycling a go.
Individuals who are not part of a workplace are welcome to take part. All individuals who live or work in NSW and are eligible to win spot prizes.
