Hi there,
The Aotearoa Bike Challenge is coming and people and workplaces across New Zealand are invited to take part.Â
What is The Aotearoa Bike Challenge?
It’s a fun, friendly bike challenge.Â
It’s free for people and workplaces in New Zealand to take part.Â
How do people participate?
People can ride anywhere, any distance and anytime in February.
The more people ride, the more points they earn for themselves and their workplace team. People can also earn points by encouraging more people to join in and ride a bike as well.
Points = Prize Entries
Each point people earn is another entry to win some fantastic prizes. Prizes include a $3,000 holiday of your choice.
How does the competition element work?Â
For those people and workplaces who also like a little friendly competition…
Workplaces and people can also compete on a range of leaderboards to see which can earn the most points.
Workplaces compete on one of 7 leaderboards against other workplaces of a similar staff size (to level the playing field).
There are local and national leaderboards, as well as industry leaderboards so workplaces can enjoy taking on their industry competitors for a little extra rivalry!
