My new normal has involved cycling every day. I had fallen out of the habit, with a new job which didn't really have a commute or make use of a bicycle during the day, except rare occasions. So faced with no commute at all I decided to get up, get out and ride before work. 332 miles in April, 458 miles in May, Just 1 hour a day and heading home 30 minutes into a ride. I am wearing out all the lanes around home. That is my new normal.

Great opportunity to find new routes and loops. Done 638 miles since end of March. Have only been out once this week though due to wet weather and incredibly pot holey lanes!
