Designed, built and run by a team of Kiwi climbers and yoga teachers, Uprising is New Zealand's premiere climbing, fitness and yoga centre, and one of the Southern Hemisphere's largest bouldering gyms.

Great for all abilities, bouldering at Uprising is an indoor adventure sport activity. It’s fitness in disguise, challenging and fun for both the muscles and the mind.

All women who logged a ride during the Challenge were in to win. Sorry fellas, this one is just for the ladies!

Chill runs evening workshops on DIY basic bike maintenance, and they’d love to see you there. 

Get the girls* together for a glass of bubbles and hands-on tuition during the two-hour session with Chill’s friendly bike mechanics, Jono and Adam. Bring your own bike or use one of theirs. Places are limited to six per session with a 3:1 instructor to participant ratio.

Maintenance 101 covers fixing a puncture and other useful basics to get you out of a jam and back on your bike. 

Maintenance 102 covers how to check your bike over, caring for your brake components, changing your brake pads, and knowing when to call in the experts.
