Roll & Stroll is a month-long active travel challenge where you can log your everyday trips - however you move.
You can record:
🚴 Bike rides All types of bikes count - including e-bikes and adaptive bikes.
🚶♀️👩🏾🦽 Walks and Wheels This includes walking, running, wheeling, and trips using mobility aids such as wheelchairs or mobility scooters (which can be electrified).
You record trips, earn points, unlock prize entries, and help your workplace climb the leaderboard.
It’s about building healthy habits - one trip at a time.
Roll & Stroll is an active travel challenge.
That means you can take part by biking, walking, running or wheeling.
Love to Ride continues to champion biking however this challenge expands participation so more people can join in and be recognised for their everyday active travel.
We’re planning to run one active travel challenge each year, and Roll & Stroll 2026 is our first trial. We’d love your feedback to help shape what comes next.
You can share your thoughts anytime via the messenger or by emailing product-team@lovetoride.net.
Because more people can take part - and that’s a good thing.
Roll & Stroll helps:
And who knows? For some, walking today could lead to riding tomorrow 🚲
Roll & Stroll is a days active challenge — not a steps challenge.
✔ It’s about daily activity and building habits.
✔ Trips must be at least 300 metres to count.
✔ Trips are rewarded equally across modes.
The emphasis is on frequency and consistency - not athletic performance.
If you’d like to earn rewards for distance travelled, you’ll receive one additional prize draw entry for every mile recorded during the challenge.
Distance won’t affect workplace leaderboard standings — those are based on days active (calculated from trips) and encouragements, not miles.
No — but it does need to be a real trip.

Choose the mode that matches the trip:
You can switch between modes anytime.
You can:
Auto logging on the Love to Ride app for different mobility types is still improving. If it’s not detecting your trips use Start/Stop or Manual logging instead.
If a trip doesn’t log properly, you can log it manually.
