What is Love to Ride Brisbane?
Love to Ride Brisbane is a friendly cycling challenge all about getting on your bike, and encouraging your friends, family and workmates to do the same.
And the best part is you can WIN some great prizes along the way - even from just a 10 minute ride!
It’s completely free to participate and is open to everyone who lives or works in Brisbane.
The workplaces and departments that get the most points (for their size category) win a team prize. You can also register as an individual and be in the running to win.
What do we want to achieve?
We want more people to experience first-hand how easy and enjoyable riding a bike can be. That's why the aim of the challenge is to encourage as many people as we can to cycle for at least 10 minutes during September.

Who can take part?
Anyone over 16 years of age who lives or works in Brisbane is eligible to take part.
Organisations or departments with 1 or 2 employees can register and will have their staff count set at the minimum of 3 employees.
Cycling clubs cannot register as a workplace - we want people who already ride a bike to help us spread the love of riding, so register your workplace and get your colleagues involved.
What do I need to register my organisation/department?
All we need to know is the address, a contact person, and the number of people who work in your organisation or department.
It's free to take part and can be done in your own time. While you shouldn't need official permission from your organisation, we do recommend getting it.
Why are there different size categories?

- 500 - 1,999 staff
- 200-499 staff
