Transitioning from organizing events for a large county to a smaller town like Ithaca definitely presents its own unique opportunities and challenges, but it sounds like you're making great strides in bringing the community together around biking. Creating a sense of camaraderie among local cyclists and promoting bike safety and awareness are essential steps towards fostering a thriving biking culture in Ithaca.
