I cycle to the gym nearly every day. Not only does it save money but it is the perfect warm up and cool down before and after my workout plus no worries about parking the car!

Getting back on my bike after being knocked off by a car. Definitely feeling it in my legs after six weeks off, but feels GREAT to be back out again!
