Biketober is a fun, free, and friendly bike challenge.
Ride anywhere, any time during October to take part. Invite your friends, family, and co-workers to share the joy of riding a bike and reap the many benefits!
You can ride anywhere! You can ride the quiet streets around your home, to the store, to work, wherever you want!
Even 1 ride will put you into the prize drawing and help you and your team climb the leaderboards.
The more you ride, the more chances you have of winning a prize - so set a goal and challenge yourself to enjoy a lot of nice bike rides this October.
Everyone! Whether you haven’t been on a bike in years or you already ride.
It’s free to take part.
1. It’s a fun, free, friendly challenge
2. It’s great for your health, wealth, and happiness!
3. You can win some great prizes!
And, if you’re a little competitive, there are a host of different leaderboards to enjoy climbing.
Have fun participating with your co-workers, friends and family!
Prizes include $3,000 vacation, a limited edition Love to Ride t-shirt and more.
To have some fun while we ride bikes and encourage others to ride too!
Let’s:
1. Show more people how easy and enjoyable riding a bike can be
2. Get more people riding bikes, more often, and to get from A to B
3.Help make our communities better for biking

b) Login - I’ve taken part before!
2. Ride your bike!
a) anywhere
b) any distance
c) anytime this October
3. Log your rides
a) automatically with our app
b) with another app (like Garmin, Strava, etc)
c) or enter your rides manually
4. Earn points and prize entries (and climb the leaderboards)
It’s easy!
Or
Logging your rides with Love to Ride is simple and can be done in three ways:
There is a 48-hour grace period after the challenge to log any final rides from October, so be sure to log all your rides by November 2nd 11:59pm at 11:59 p.m.
You can compete against other people, workplaces and clubs/social groups.
You can also always compete against yourself - set yourself a goal.
By:
1. Riding your bikes - every km and day you ride earns you points.
2. Encouraging others to ride and take part too - a key aim is to show more people in your community how easy and enjoyable riding can be, and there are big points up for grabs for doing just that!
The more points you earn, the more chances you have of winning a prize!
Every point you earn is another entry to win prizes, so have some fun earning points!
The workplace challenge is a lot of fun!
1. Your workplace competes against other workplaces of a similar staff size (so it’s a level playing field).
2. You and your co-workers earn points by riding and encouraging others.
3. Your workplace’s points score is the total of your co-workers’ individual points scores.
4. You can see where your workplace stands on your industry leaderboard, as well as on local and national leaderboards.
The more people you get taking part at your workplace, the more points you earn, and the higher up the leaderboard you climb!
Let your co-workers know they can take part too!
When you sign-up, you’re given the option to join or register your workplace.
You can also add a workplace later here.
